This tea is made of the same material as our Organic Ceremonial Matcha. This is a single-cultivar matcha, which is rare in the world of matcha. The cultivar used for this tea is Yutaka-midori and, while it does not handle cold well, the warm Kagoshima climate is perfect for its cultivation.
